When Experience Meets Possibility - And Everything Becomes Too Much

Identity Evolution in the Age of AI

It starts quietly. A Youtube Video here. An AI course there. A conversation with someone who just launched something new. You begin to wonder: “Maybe I’m not done yet. Maybe there’s more.” I’m 55. I’ve been fortunate: decades of experience in change management, portfolio leadership, system transformation. I’ve built structures. Enabled others. Coached. Facilitated. Now? I’m in the middle of what I call a "luxury crisis".

🎯 The Paradox of Too Many Options

I’m not stuck because I lack ideas. I’m overwhelmed because there are too many. I could consult. I could coach. I could design transformation programs. I could launch a podcast, a course, an AI-based service. And yes, I could just… stay still. But staying still feels like a lie.

🤖 AI as Mirror, Not Savior

AI didn’t shake my world. But it held up a mirror. A mirror that asked:– What’s truly mine?– What will remain valuable, human, meaningful in a world of smart machines?– What can I still build – not despite AI, but because of it? I've played with GPTs, automated workflows, tested ideas. I’ve used AI to ask better questions – not give perfect answers. The insight: AI won’t give me direction. But it can amplify my intention.

🧭 From Clarity to Resonance

I focus on resonance. Where does my presence matter? Where do my ideas land? Where does the energy flow? I test. I prototype. I listen to feedback. I build little things – and observe what wants to grow. No five-year plan. Just curated curiosity, structured into motion.

🔁 The Real Shift

This isn’t a career change. It’s an identity evolution. It’s moving from performing to enabling. From knowing to creating. From certainty to connection. I don’t need a title anymore. What I need is traction. Momentum. Purpose.

💬 And You?

Are you also in-between roles, rhythms, or versions of yourself? Are you exploring how AI, experience, and transformation might meet? Let’s talk. Let’s shape something that fits the now. Because this new kind of career isn’t a step down. It’s an orbit shift.
